CCTV site survey cost in Islamabad

PKR 0 — the CCTV site survey is free anywhere inside Islamabad and Rawalpindi city limits, with no obligation to order. Further out, only travel is charged: PKR 1,000 for the far Bahria and DHA phases, PKR 2,500 for Wah or Taxila, PKR 4,000 to 5,000 toward Murree, Attock or Chakwal, quoted before booking.

What you keep either way

A marked plan showing where each camera would go and what it would see, plus an itemised quotation with equipment, cable and labour on separate lines. Both are yours whether or not you order, and both are deliberately useful for comparing other quotes — a vague competitor figure looks different next to a plan with positions drawn on it.

Why we will not quote a plaza by phone

Riser access, shared walls, what the building management allows, where the recorder can sit securely, which corners go dark when the shutters drop — none of it is visible from a phone call or a photograph. Twin-city buildings vary too much: a Blue Area office, a Saddar bazaar shop and a DHA villa with the same camera count are three different jobs with three different labour bills.

How the visit actually runs

A shop or a house takes half an hour to an hour; an industrial unit or a multi-building compound takes longer. Either way it is walked with you rather than surveyed from the doorway. The most valuable part is what you tell us — which door gets left unlocked, where stock has gone missing, which neighbour dispute started this. Sight-lines we can measure alone; the reason for the system, we cannot.

Do you charge for a CCTV survey in Islamabad?

Does a free survey commit me to anything?

No. Take the plan and the quotation, compare them against anyone, and order or do not. A survey that pressures you into buying was never really free.

Do you survey outside the twin cities?

Yes — Wah, Taxila, Murree, Attock, Chakwal and the areas between, with the travel priced as its own line and agreed before we set out, so it cannot migrate into the labour figure later.

Rather have it done?

CCTV installation means a free survey of your shop, office or home, a camera plan that covers gates, counters and blind corners, cabling run through conduit, a recorder sized for the days of footage you want, and phone viewing working before handover. A four-camera 2MP package in Islamabad or Rawalpindi runs PKR 55,000 to 85,000 fitted.
