Islamabad is full of software houses writing code for clients six time zones away. We write it for the counter downstairs — and the first thing we tell most counters is that they do not need custom software at all. The build-or-buy question gets answered against your work, not our order book; when the answer is build, the builder stays a ten-minute drive from the problem.

The three things we build most
Billing & inventory for your trade
Stock, credit ledgers, delivery challans, recovery lists — modelled on how your counter actually trades. It bills through an outage, syncs when the line returns, and exports what the accountant asks for at year end.
Attendance & payroll
Driven by the biometric terminals we install ourselves, so the register, overtime and salary sheet all come from one clock nobody disputes. A school, an office floor and a factory shift pattern are three different systems — we have shipped all three.
Websites, domain & email
A site that says what you do, where you sit and which number to call — quick on a phone, indexed properly, with business email that is not a Gmail address. The measure of success is the phone ringing, not the design award.

We watch before we write
A day spent at your counter watching real transactions produces a better specification than any feature list drafted in a meeting room. The software gets shaped by what your staff actually do, including the parts they forgot to mention.
A fixed quote on paper
Scope, price and the support term, in writing, before work starts. Anything added later is re-quoted before it is built — the invoice is never the place you learn what something cost.
It runs beside the register
The new system trades in parallel with your existing registers until it has earned belief — a month, usually. Retiring the notebook is your call, made on evidence, not on our launch date.
Software questions
What does a business website cost?
A proper multi-page site with domain, hosting and business email typically runs PKR 60,000 to 120,000 to build in Islamabad, plus the yearly domain and hosting renewals. If customers search for what you do and call the number they find, that spend pays for itself; if your customers will never arrive that way, we tell you so before invoicing, not after.
Who owns the software and the data?
You do, and the quotation says so in writing. The database sits on your machine or your account, exports are yours on demand, and if we ever part ways everything keeps running without us. Software that can hold your own records hostage was never sold to you — it was leased at you.
What stops you building it and vanishing?
The right question for any small developer. Our answer is a street address: the H-15 workshop at Motorway Chowk you can walk into, a support term written into the agreement, and source code escrowed with the owner on request. 'What if you disappear' is answered by the fact that you know where we are.
Will software sort out my messy stock?
No — it will record the mess with perfect accuracy. The physical count comes first; the software's job is to keep a true count true. We do that first count with you as part of setup, because skipping it is the reason most software purchases are quietly abandoned by month three.
