Attendance and payroll systems in Islamabad and Rawalpindi

An attendance system turns biometric or card punches into hours, and payroll turns hours into a payslip your staff can check. A complete setup with readers, software and your rules configured starts near PKR 65,000 — and the rules, not the hardware, are what make it work.

Write your actual rules down first

Grace periods, half-days, Friday timings, Ramadan hours, overtime thresholds, leave categories. Every organisation has rules that live in someone's head, and this is the step that surfaces them. A system configured before that conversation produces a first month of disputes.

Site readers where the queue will not form

At the entrance people actually use, with enough space that eight staff arriving together do not form a line into the road. For a factory or a site with a shift change, reader count is a throughput calculation rather than a budget one.

Integrate with how you already pay

The system exports in a format your existing payroll or accounting package takes, so the accountant keeps their tools. Where payroll is being built as part of the same job, salary structure, deductions and the payslip format are configured against real staff records.

Run a parallel month before switching

The first month runs alongside your existing register rather than replacing it. That is where mismatches surface — a reader nobody uses, a shift rule written wrong — while the old record is still there to check against.

What the price covers. PKR 65,000 covers one reader, the software, rule configuration, enrolment and the parallel month for a single-location office. Additional readers are roughly PKR 25,000 each installed. Full payroll with salary structures and payslip generation adds PKR 40,000 to 90,000 depending on complexity.

Questions people ask

Staff say the reader does not recognise them. Is it faulty?

Usually enrolment rather than the reader. Fingerprints that were captured hurriedly, or hands that are dry or heavily worked, read poorly — and it is disproportionately the same few people. Re-enrolling those staff carefully, capturing more than one finger, fixes most of it. Where a whole workforce reads badly, cards or face recognition are the better fit for that trade.

Can it handle Friday timings and Ramadan hours?

Yes, and this is exactly why the rules conversation comes first. Different Friday hours, a shortened Ramadan schedule, half-days and split shifts are all normal here and all configurable. A system set up on default rules produces a month of arguments and then gets abandoned — so we write your real calendar into it before anyone punches in.

Does it work with the biometric locks on our doors?

Often yes — the same readers can serve both access control and attendance, so a staff member registers once and it counts for both. Whether it works in your case depends on the controller already fitted, and we check that before quoting rather than assuming. Where it does work, it is the cheapest way to add attendance.
