Custom business software in Islamabad and Rawalpindi
Custom software is worth building only where no package fits how your business actually works. We start by answering build-or-buy honestly, then scope narrowly and ship something usable early. Projects start near PKR 150,000, and we will talk you out of one that a PKR 40,000 package would cover.

Answer build-or-buy before quoting a build
Most requests that reach us are already solved by an existing package, and we say so — it costs us a project and saves you several times our fee. Building is the right answer when your process is genuinely unusual, when integration between two systems is the actual problem, or when the packages force a workflow that would cost you more in daily friction than the software costs once.
Scope to the smallest thing that is useful
We write down the one workflow that hurts most and build that, rather than specifying a system covering everything you might eventually want. Large first releases are how software projects here die: months of work, a big handover, and staff who never adopt it.
Build in the open with something to look at
You see working software early and regularly, not a document. Feedback on a screen someone can click changes the specification in useful ways; feedback on a requirements list changes it in expensive ones.
Hand over the code, the data and the keys
Source, database and deployment access are yours at the end. You are not renting your own business process from us, and you can hire anyone to continue it.
What the price covers. PKR 150,000 covers a focused first release solving one workflow — a few screens, a database, reports, deployed and trained. Larger systems are quoted per phase after a scoping session, and we quote phases rather than a single figure so you can stop when it is doing enough.

Questions people ask
Should I build or buy?
Buy, unless your process is genuinely unusual or the real problem is integration between systems that will not talk. A package costs a fraction of a build and comes with other people's bug fixes for free. We tell you which side of that line you are on before quoting anything, and we lose projects to that answer regularly.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source, database and deployment access are handed over, and you can take the whole thing to another developer without asking us. Any arrangement where the software running your business lives somewhere only the supplier can reach is a supplier you cannot leave — and that is a commercial risk, not a technical detail.
What happens after it goes live?
A stated support period is included, and after that support is a separate arrangement rather than something assumed. Real usage always produces changes in the first month — reports nobody thought of, a field in the wrong place — and that is expected and budgeted for rather than treated as a fault.
