Solar CCTV cost in Islamabad
PKR 65,000 to 120,000 per position is the working range in Islamabad for a solar camera — panel, battery, charge controller, a low-power camera and pole mounting. It beats trenching mains cable to a far gate or a farmhouse boundary, and it loses to a fifty-metre cable run every time.

The battery decides whether it works
Sizing for three to five days without sun is what separates a solar camera that survives a grey monsoon week from one that dies on the third overcast evening — precisely when a farmhouse boundary is least watched. The battery is the expensive component and the one undersized most often, which is why the cheapest solar quote is usually the one that fails first.
Where solar makes sense around Islamabad
Farmhouse boundaries in Bani Gala, Chak Shahzad and Gulberg Greens, plot gates ahead of construction, sites waiting on an IESCO connection, and any position where the nearest mains is hundreds of metres away or across land you do not own. Where power is fifty metres off, a cable run is cheaper, simpler and more reliable — and we will quote the cable.
What a solar position can and cannot carry
A fixed low-power camera recording to a memory card on motion is what the mathematics supports. A PTZ or a floodlight infra-red array drains the battery it depends on. For viewing remotely, a 4G link adds a SIM and a monthly cost; on a distant boundary, collecting the card periodically is often the more practical answer, and we set up whichever fits how you will actually use it.
How much does solar CCTV cost in Islamabad?
Will monsoon cloud shut it down?
Not if the battery is sized for three to five sunless days, which is how we specify. Systems sized on summer sunshine are the ones that go dark in August.
Will the panel itself get stolen?
It is the most saleable part of the setup, so we mount it high, fix it with tamper-resistant fittings and keep it inside another camera's view — all included in the quote.
Rather have it done?
CCTV installation means a free survey of your shop, office or home, a camera plan that covers gates, counters and blind corners, cabling run through conduit, a recorder sized for the days of footage you want, and phone viewing working before handover. A four-camera 2MP package in Islamabad or Rawalpindi runs PKR 55,000 to 85,000 fitted.
