Home CCTV cost in Islamabad

PKR 55,000 to 120,000 covers most Islamabad homes: four to six cameras across the gate, car porch, courtyard and boundary, installed with a recorder and storage. A 5-marla house in a G sector sits near the bottom of that band; a kanal house or a DHA villa with long boundary walls sits near the top.

The boundary wall sets the price

Two houses with the same covered area can differ by half the quote, because it is the wall length that decides cable metres and camera count. A corner plot needs cover on two street faces; a villa in Bahria or DHA can carry sixty metres of boundary before the gate is even counted. Measure the wall, not the floor plan, when you compare quotes.

Plan for the power, not just the cameras

Islamabad's outages are milder than the countryside's, but evening voltage dips and switchover gaps are real, and a recorder that goes dark in an outage misses exactly the hours it was bought for. A small UPS carrying the recorder and cameras through the changeover is a modest line on the quote and the first thing we suggest adding.

Renting? Get the permission first

Tenants in sector houses and apartments need the landlord's agreement before anyone drills. Surface conduit that unclips cleanly when the lease ends is the answer we fit in rented homes — it costs slightly less than chasing, looks tidy, and leaves nothing behind but screw holes to fill.

How much does home CCTV cost in Islamabad?

How many cameras does a 10-marla house need?

Four to five, usually: gate, car porch, courtyard, rear boundary, plus whichever blind corner the survey turns up. Six only starts making sense on corner plots and kanal homes.

Is the home survey really free?

Inside Islamabad and Rawalpindi, yes, with no obligation. For the far Bahria and DHA phases a PKR 1,000 travel line is quoted before we book, so there is no surprise on the day.

Rather have it done?

CCTV installation means a free survey of your shop, office or home, a camera plan that covers gates, counters and blind corners, cabling run through conduit, a recorder sized for the days of footage you want, and phone viewing working before handover. A four-camera 2MP package in Islamabad or Rawalpindi runs PKR 55,000 to 85,000 fitted.
