Start with a conversation, not a complaint
Knock, name the specific camera, and ask what it actually sees. Ask for a small physical fix

Suggest either. Escalate in writing, precisely
If talking fails, put it in writing: which camera, which part of your property it covers, and what adjustment you are asking for. Housing society offices and sector union committees respond to specifics, and a dated written request becomes the record any later escalation builds upon. A vague complaint about being spied on invites a defensive reply and settles nothing at all.
