Billing and inventory software in Islamabad and Rawalpindi

Billing and inventory software is what turns a till into a record: it prices the sale, moves the stock, and closes the day with a figure you can check. Setup with your own catalogue loaded and staff trained runs PKR 35,000 to 90,000, and it bills locally so an internet cut never stops trade.

Match the software to the trade, not the brochure

A pharmacy needs batch and expiry. A mart needs fast scanning and loose-weight items. A restaurant needs table and kitchen routing. Buying a general package and forcing a trade into it is where most of the complaints we inherit began, so we start from what your counter has to do.

Load the catalogue and set the tax position

Items, units, purchase and sale prices, suppliers. Where you file with the FBR, the invoice format and tax lines get set to match at this point rather than being retrofitted later — retrofitting a tax format across a year of history is a genuinely painful job.

Set roles so the day can be closed honestly

Cashiers bill. Discounts, price edits, returns and stock adjustments sit behind a supervisor login. Without that split the day-end figure is a suggestion rather than a control, and the software has cost you money instead of saving it.

Train on live stock and set the backup

Scanning and billing take an afternoon; receiving stock and closing the day take a few evenings with us on the phone. Before handover we set an automatic backup and restore it once in front of you, because an untested backup is not a backup.

What the price covers. PKR 35,000 covers licence, setup, catalogue loading and training for a single counter on a standard package. A multi-counter mart or a pharmacy needing batch and expiry runs PKR 60,000 to 90,000. Where no package fits the trade, custom work is quoted separately — that sits on our software page.

Questions people ask

Can it feed the software my accountant already uses?

Almost always. Daily sales and stock movement export in formats the common accounting packages import, so your accountant keeps their tools and you keep your data. Where a trade needs something none of the packages do, we build it rather than bending your business around a package that nearly fits.

What happens to my data if I stop using you?

You export it and take it. We set the software up under your licence with your admin credentials, and we do not hold the keys to your own catalogue or sales history. Any supplier who cannot answer this question plainly is a supplier to avoid, and that includes us.

How long until my staff can run it?

Scanning and billing take an afternoon. Receiving stock and closing the day take a few evenings with us on the phone. Training happens on your own stock during handover — never a demo database — and a printed quick-guide stays taped beside the till for the first month.
