Annual AC maintenance contracts in Islamabad and Rawalpindi

An annual maintenance arrangement covers scheduled services before and after the season, priority callout when something fails in July, and a record of each unit's measurements over time. Cover starts at PKR 8,000 per unit per year and is aimed at premises where a failed unit costs trading, not comfort.

Register every unit with its own history

Each unit gets logged with location, tonnage, gas type, age and its baseline measurements. That register is what makes the second year useful — a unit whose running current has crept up over three visits is telling you something a single visit never could.

Schedule around the season, not the calendar

The main service lands before the season starts, not in the middle of it, and the second follows the monsoon. Booking in March is what stops you queueing behind everyone else in the first week of June.

Priority response when one fails

Contract holders go to the front of the callout queue in peak season, which is the month the cover is actually bought for. We say plainly what our response window is rather than promising an hour we cannot keep in a July heatwave.

Report on the fleet, not just the units

Each visit produces a written record per unit, and once a year a summary: which units are ageing, which are drifting on current, which are worth replacing before they fail during trading hours.

What the price covers. PKR 8,000 per unit per year covers two scheduled services and priority callout. Rates fall per unit above about five units on one site. Parts, gas and repairs are quoted separately at contract-holder rates — the cover buys inspection, cleaning and response, not free components, and we say so upfront rather than in small print.

Included on every visit

  • Every unit registered with baseline measurements
  • Two scheduled services a year, before and after the season
  • Coil, filter and drain cleaning at each visit
  • Measurements recorded per unit per visit
  • Priority callout position in peak season
  • Discounted rates on parts for contract holders
  • Annual written summary of the fleet's condition

Questions people ask

Is a contract worth it for a house?

For two or three units, usually not — booking a service each spring costs less. It earns its money on premises where a failed unit stops trade: a restaurant floor, a clinic waiting room, a server room, or an office where twenty people cannot work. The value is the priority position in July, and that only matters if downtime costs you something.

What does the cover not include?

Parts, gas and repair labour, which are quoted separately at contract rates. Physical damage and lightning are also outside it. The cover buys scheduled cleaning, measurement, record-keeping and a place at the front of the queue. Any contract claiming to include all parts has priced them in somewhere, and usually in a way you cannot check.

What is your response time in peak season?

Same day inside Islamabad and Rawalpindi for contract holders, and we will not promise better than that in a July heatwave because it would not be true. Non-contract callouts in that month can wait days, which is the whole practical difference the cover buys.
