Bench diagnosis is PKR 1,500 and comes off the bill if you proceed. Completed repairs typically run PKR 4,000 to 15,000 depending on the part — a charger, a fan or an SSD sits at the low end, a screen or a board-level fix at the high end. The quote comes before the work, always.

Why diagnosis is priced separately
Because an honest repair figure cannot exist before the fault is known, and a shop that quotes without diagnosing is either guessing or has already decided what to sell you. The PKR 1,500 buys the time to test power delivery, storage, memory and thermals in order — and it is deducted if you go ahead.
What the common repairs actually cost
A charger or a fan replacement sits at the bottom of the range. An SSD upgrade, a keyboard, a thermal service with paste renewal sit in the middle. A screen or a board-level power repair sits at the top. Most machines arriving convinced they need a new motherboard leave with something from the first two groups.
The figure that should always accompany a big quote
Any repair quote above a few thousand rupees should sit next to the cost of replacing the machine, so the choice is yours. If a repair quote arrives without that comparison, ask for it. It is the single question that most often changes a customer's decision, which is precisely why it is often not volunteered.
Collection, and what it adds
Collection and return within Islamabad or Rawalpindi is available for a callout charge. For a machine that will not power on there is little point in a site visit — the work happens at the bench either way — so collection is a convenience rather than a diagnostic step, and it is priced as one.

Yes — it covers the bench time either way, and it is deducted only if you proceed. What you get for it regardless is a written statement of what is actually wrong, which is worth having even if you take the machine elsewhere or decide to replace it.
Another shop quoted me a new motherboard. Is that likely?
Less often than it is diagnosed. 'Motherboard' is where a diagnosis stops when there is no bench equipment to go further, and it is the answer that sells a replacement machine. Ask what was measured and what the readings were — a diagnosis with no numbers behind it is a guess with a price attached.
How long does a repair take?
Most complete in one to three working days. An ordered part adds a few more, and board-level work runs three to five days because it includes extended burn-in under load before the machine goes back. We give you the expected timing with the quote rather than after you have committed.
Rather have it done?
Laptop and PC repair covers machines that will not power on, overheat, shut down under load, blue-screen or have simply become unusably slow. Diagnosis at our H-15 bench is PKR 1,500, deducted from the repair, and you get a written quote before anything is opened further.
