Back up before anything else
Documents, desktop, browser profiles, mail and licence keys copied off and verified before the disk is touched. The commonest disaster in this job is a reinstall done on a machine where the customer's data was assumed to be somewhere it was not.

Install properly, with the right drivers
Current operating system, manufacturer drivers rather than generic ones, updates run to completion. A machine that works after a reinstall but sleeps badly, runs hot or drops WiFi almost always has a generic driver where a manufacturer one belongs.

What the price covers. PKR 3,500 covers a clean install with data backup, drivers and updates. Malware rebuild with data recovery from an infected system runs PKR 6,000 to 12,000. A genuine Windows licence, where you do not already hold one, is supplied at cost and named on the invoice.

Questions people ask
Can you clean the virus without wiping the machine?
Often technically yes, and for a home machine with nothing sensitive on it that is a reasonable choice. For anything holding business records, banking or saved passwords, a rebuild is the honest answer — after a real infection you can never fully prove what remained. Cleaning is faster; rebuilding is what lets you trust the machine afterwards.
Will I lose my files, mail and licences?
No. Documents, desktop, browser profiles, mail data and the licence keys we can read are backed up and verified before the disk is touched, then restored and checked with you present. Tell us about anything unusual — a local accounting database, a design archive on a second partition — because those are the things that get missed.
My machine is slow but there is no virus. Will reinstalling help?
Sometimes, but check the hardware first. A slow machine is far more often a failing mechanical drive, insufficient memory, or heat causing throttling — and reinstalling on top of any of those buys you a fast week. We test the drive and thermals before recommending a reinstall, because the reinstall is the cheap answer and not always the right one.
