Identify the exact part, not a close match
We read the panel's own part number off the back rather than ordering by laptop model. The same model shipped with different panels — resolution, connector, backlight — and the wrong one either does not fit or works badly. This step is why our replacements do not come back.
Be direct about battery quality
The counterfeit battery market here is real and it is a fire risk, not just a poor buy. Fakes run hot, swell and fail early. We supply genuine or reputable-brand equivalents with the part number on the invoice, and we say plainly what the difference in price is buying you.
Open the chassis properly
Plastic tools, clips released rather than levered, ribbon connectors unlatched not pulled. Most cracked bezels and dead touchpads on machines that have been repaired before came from someone opening them with a screwdriver.
Test the whole machine before it goes back
New screen tested for dead pixels and backlight evenness, every key on a replaced keyboard pressed, a replaced battery cycled and its reported capacity checked. Then a general check of the machine, because a machine on the bench is worth ten minutes of looking at properly.
What the price covers. PKR 12,000 covers a standard HD panel supplied and fitted. Full-HD, touch and high-refresh panels run PKR 22,000 to 45,000. Keyboards are typically PKR 6,000 to 14,000 fitted, and batteries PKR 9,000 to 22,000 depending on model and whether the part is genuine.

Questions people ask
My battery swelled and is pushing the trackpad up. Is that dangerous?
Yes. Stop using the machine, do not charge it, and bring it in. A swollen lithium cell is a genuine fire risk and the pressure will crack the chassis and damage the trackpad if it is left. This happens disproportionately with counterfeit batteries, which is why we insist on the part number being on the invoice.
The screen is cracked but the picture is fine. Just the glass?
On most laptops the glass and the panel are a single assembly, so it is one part either way. On touch models there is a separate digitiser, and occasionally only that has broken — worth checking, because it can be cheaper. We identify which construction your machine uses before quoting rather than assuming the expensive answer.
Is a cheaper compatible screen a bad idea?
Not necessarily, provided the part number matches. Panels are made by a handful of manufacturers and sold under many names, so a correct-specification panel from a different brand is usually fine. What causes problems is a panel chosen by physical size rather than part number — it fits, and then the resolution is wrong or the backlight flickers.
