Walk the building and find the real entry points
Most break-ins here come through a back door, a service window or a boundary wall, not the shutter everyone worries about. We walk the premises and mark the points that actually need covering, which usually means fewer sensors in better places than a stock package would put in.
Panel, keypad and zoning
The panel goes somewhere out of sight, the keypad by the door you actually use last. Zones are set so you can arm the perimeter while people are still inside — a shop with staff in the back office needs that, and a single-zone system that has to be all-on or all-off gets switched off permanently within a month.
Sensors, siren and tamper protection
Door contacts, motion sensors positioned to avoid the routes a cat or a ceiling fan takes, and an external siren mounted out of easy reach with a tamper switch. False alarms are what kill an alarm system, so sensor placement gets more time than the wiring does.
Arm, test and set who gets called
We walk-test every sensor with the system armed, set the entry and exit delays to match how you actually leave, and configure the alert list — usually a phone number and a WhatsApp alert. You arm and disarm it yourself before we leave.
What the price covers. PKR 45,000 covers a panel, keypad, siren, four door contacts and two motion sensors for a shop or a small house. A larger house or a multi-room office runs to PKR 90,000 as sensor count rises. Wireless sensors cost more per point but save cabling in a finished building.

Questions people ask
Will it go off every time the cat walks past?
Not if the sensors are placed properly. Pet-tolerant motion sensors ignore mass below a threshold, and mounting height and angle matter more than the sensor's spec sheet. We also keep sensors off ceiling-fan paths and away from windows that get direct afternoon sun, which are the two most common causes of a false alarm here.
Who responds when it sounds?
By default the siren sounds and you and whoever else you nominate get a phone alert — this is a deterrent-and-notify system, not a monitored one. If you want a guard company dispatched, that is a separate monitoring contract with them; we wire the system so it can feed one, and we say plainly that we are not that service.
Does it keep working during load-shedding?
Yes. The panel carries a sealed backup battery sized to ride out a normal outage cycle, and the siren has its own. We size that battery to your area's actual pattern rather than to a default, because an alarm that dies two hours into a cut is protecting nothing during the hours it matters most.
